Mary Thweatt, owner of Edible Bay Catering and Private Chef Services, has been cooking for over 40 years. Coming from a long line of remarkable southern cooks, she developed a passion for culinary excellence at the age of 10. Mary cultivated her skills at the Culinary Institute of America and Gulf Coast State College, taking courses in gourmet cooking, baking, and nutrition, and further refined her craft twelve years ago while studying in Tuscany with Chef Fabrio. Her extensive experience as a restaurant cook, caterer, and private chef allows her to bring creativity, precision, and southern-inspired flavor to every dish she prepares.
