Mary Thweatt, owner of Edible Bay Catering and Personal Chef Services, has been cooking for over 40 years. Coming from a long line of remarkable southern cooks, Mary at the young age of 10 years old developed a passion for culinary excellence.
She cultivated her skills at the Culinary Institute of America and Gulf Coast State College taking courses in gourmet cooking, baking, and nutrition. The ability to fine tune those early learned skills came six years ago with the opportunity to attend the inTavola Cooking School with Chef Fabrio in Tuscany. Her experiences as a restaurant cook, caterer and personal chef have allowed her to indulge in her passion for fine cuisine.
